This notice explains what the Zeitbyte website processes when you use the assistant, request a meeting, or contact us directly.
Website and contact
When you contact Zeitbyte directly, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and manage the working relationship. We do not ask you to put passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or health records into website messages.
AI assistant
The website assistant is an AI service. Messages are processed by Zeitbyte’s self-hosted Dify service and its configured model provider to produce a reply. Chat sessions and operational records are retained for up to 29 days for continuity, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Access is restricted to authorized Zeitbyte operators.
Meeting requests
If you request a meeting, Zeitbyte uses your name, email address, selected time, and meeting brief to create a pending request through a neutral-organizer Google Calendar mediator. You and Sam receive invitations. A Google Meet link is added only after both attendees accept. The request is not confirmed when you submit the form.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the chat and booking forms from automated abuse. Railway hosts the website and application data. Google Calendar processes meeting invitations. These services receive only the information needed to provide their part of the workflow.
